Engine Field Service Technician - Level III

**DESCRIPTION**
Job Summary
This role is a customer-focused individual contributor responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, commissioning, repairs, overhauls, and performance tuning of Cummins gas engine and genset products at customer sites with minimal supervision. The role requires strong technical expertise in gas engine systems, control electronics, and diagnostics, along with the ability to guide customers, coach technicians, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and Cummins standards.

Key Responsibilities Customer & Field Service Execution

+ Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service issues.
+ Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, rebuilds, and commissioning of gas engines and gensets at customer sites.
