Engine Inspector

ALG is currently recruiting for a Inspection Technician with our world-leading Aerospace Engine MRO in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform sentencing of parts and assignment of respective workscope as required in accordance to the parts condition. Complete all dimensional record sheet and inspection report. Raise unserviceable report as necessary for non-repairable parts.
Perform in-process inspection through checking and ensuring the quality and mark out defects for repair in accordance with Engine manual requirement.
Perform final inspection to ensure the parts shipped out in acceptable quality condition by confirming the correct p/n, work scope carried out accordingly, complete the final inspection record sheet.
Ensure all tooling and measuring equipment in the Cell are calibrated within expiry date and are in working condition.
Work with engineers, supervisor, cell personnel to resolve interpretation of quality standards, and quality issues.
