Job Description

Responsibilities:
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM):Develop and implement PPM schedules for ACMV systems. Ensure compliance with manufacturers’ guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Inspect and service chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air-handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation fans, and duct systems, etc Monitor and maintain ACMV control systems. Manage the calibration of temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and pressure gauges. Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and service reports. 
Emergency Response/Corrective Maintenance:Develop and maintain contingency plans for system breakdowns or emergencies. Provide 24/7 technical support during critical issues, such as chiller breakdowns or BMS malfunctions. Diagnose and resolve faults or malfunctions in HVAC systems.
