Engineer, Application Development and Maintenance - Senior Technical Business Analyst (LRCGQ)

**This role will be focused on implementing and supporting applications in the Quality and Regulatory (QRA) functional area within LRCGQ (Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Government and Quality) GBTS department.**



**Accountabilities in this role**



+ **Responsibilities**

+ Provide day‑to‑day operational support for the environmental compliance IT solution, ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and continuous functionality in a Run-state environment.

+ Investigate and troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis, and accurately route issues to the appropriate shared services teams (e.g., Kafka, BigQuery, Apigee, Looker, SSO connectors).

+ Serve as a primary liaison across IT teams, mediating discussions, clarifying roles, and coordinating resolution efforts for cross-functional technical issues.
