Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan for new products and modifications, ensuring alignment with the Voice of the Customer and timely completion of all quality deliverables.
Review, update, and create essential quality documentation, including PFMEA, control plans, and inspection plans as well as training on inspectors.
Lead problem-solving efforts using the 8D methodology to analyze and resolve new product customer complaints and internal quality issues during product launch.
Partner with Manufacturing Quality Engineering, production team, new product team to develop Safe Launch and customer launch planning, oversee safe launch implementation, evaluation, and improvement. 
Oversee supplier quality planning / development / qualification / safe launch and approve supplier PPAP of new developed parts.
Customer PPAP review, preparation and timely submission to customers.
