1) Experienced in interpreting engineering drawings, understanding build to-print concepts and applying knowledge while manufacturing the aircraft parts/Assemblies 2) considerable knowledge on drilling, reaming, countersinking, dimpling, trimming, spot facing...etc 3) should knowon parts installation, Alignment, riveting de-riveting and assembling the parts, use of special aerospace fasteners like Hi-lok, Hi-lite, anchor-nuts, blind rivets, NAS (National Aerospace Standard) fasteners, MS (Military Standard) fasteners, etc. 5) Should know the process of fay surface sealants, aerodynamic sealant and fillet sealing processes. 6) knowledge on Cutting tools, hand tools, and should know the usage of special Pneumatic guns/ tools, and inspection gauges like callipers, Micrometre, feeler gauges, Trulock gauge, & grip gauges etc
