Job Summary
Provide technical support for building construction project by developing 3D BIM model and simulating complex building systems for Architecture, Civil & Structure, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing discipline.
Key Responsibilities
•Developing/Enhancing 3D models for coordination works, shop drawing, combined services drawing (CSD) production.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative BIM solutions for construction projects.
•Perform design and constructability study for Architecture, Civil and Structure discipline of the project virtually before commencing construction.
•Reviews and ensures consultants' design for the project according to the scope of work and specification according to the defined schedule.
•Issuing RFIs, design options/changes, 3D modelling issues and other design issues to the consultants' and follow up closely.
