Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Carry out maintenance, testing, commissioning, repair, and disposal of assigned biomedical and endoscopy equipment.
Manage scheduled and breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and available for use.
Support user training and provide basic technical advice to clinical staff when required.
Coordinate with vendors for servicing, warranty claims, spare parts, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and statutory requirements (e.g. ISO, DOSH).
Participate in safety, quality, and risk management activities, including recalls and hazard alerts.
Support HSSE and continuous improvement initiatives at site level.
Monitor operational costs and support cost-control initiatives in line with KPIs.
Maintain good working relationships with internal teams, hospitals, vendors, and regulators.
