- Project Management:
- Project time plan development & execution inline of APQP procedures.
- Works closely with the appropriate project managers in maintaining project Gantt charts.
- Cost saving innovative ideas & solutions provider.
- Must have exposure of PPAP procedures & can lead independent projects for PPAP approvals & production handover.
- Should perform Kaizens in parallel to regular projects development tasks.
- NPD inventory Management.
- Product/Process Management:
- Maintains Process control through proper documents updating & upkeeping.
- Performs detailed and accurate analytical evaluations of concepts prior to concept selection and detailing.
- Can perform process design based on lean manufacturing concepts.
- Must have hand on experience of Cycle time study, SWC Charts, Time & Motion studies, Line Ba...
