Role Overview
The Engineer – Enterprise Voice & AV plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the company's global Unified Communications, Voice, and Audio/Visual infrastructure. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role responsible for driving major transformation initiatives across platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBEs, enterprise AV systems, and Microsoft Teams.
You will act as a technical lead on key migration and modernization projects, including moving AudioCodes SBCs to AWS Cloud and replacing legacy Cisco voice gateways. The role also focuses on improving SIP/TDM trunking, strengthening global interconnects, and leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation to optimize voice operations, troubleshooting, and service delivery.
