Engineer (Entry-Level)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Utilities Attachment Management Engineer accomplishes department objectives by supervising UAM field technicians, organizing and monitoring their work processes. Maintains his/ her employees by selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes field results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. He/ She ensures the completeness and accuracy of all data and reports submitted to his/ her team leader.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing work orders and projects for field personnel
• Creating and planning team schedules and area for field survey
• Summarizing and validating evaluated RTA Applications
• Reviewing RTA compliance reports to be submitted
• Accounting hauled alley arm materials and store requisitions
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of field crews
