As part of the Site Strategic Program Manager Office (SPMO) team, you will be responsible for managing programs and projects for one or more of the categories below.

• Business Plans and Strategic Benchmarking

• Site objectives related to Infrastructure, People and others

• Technology & Cost Competitiveness

• Manufacturing Efficiency & Effectiveness

• Sustainable Manufacturing

You will be supporting the Site Director and his leadership team through your Site SPMO Director to develop a roadmap for achieving Best-In-Class performance in the category (categories) of your responsibility.
