Job Description
- Conducts set-up, installation, evaluation, including estimate of HVAC Systems. Monitors and evaluates the efficiency of project conducted. Recommend and implement the efficient use, control, repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Assists the Facilities Supervisor in handling new HVAC projects. Covers project conceptualization and design based on customer specifications, conducts cost estimates and project scheduling.
- Coordinates the activities of technical staff involving HVAC installation, repair and evaluation.
- Assists in the implementation of safety policies and procedures as follows: a.) conduct of incident investigation b.) walk through audit; immediate feedback to concerned persons and recommended solution/intervention to the findings. c.) Liaising with external parties
