- Responsible for Level 2 to 3 operation support for manufacturing messaging middleware and Workflow systems related services via incident management with rotational on-call standby support to meet users' expectations and FI Operations Excellence/KPI
- Monitor system health, capacity, and perform proactive system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications
- Drive investigation to resolve complex issues and contribute to problem management for proactive management of FI application services
- Planning and execution of deployment management, including system testing and user training, with zero defect mindset and system stability
- Collaborate with the product owner to ensure sufficient and proper transition from product management or projects to operations
