Responsibilities:
To Monitor and handle AIS Fiber customers using Internet services over FBB Networks.
Provide technical assistance to AIS Fiber customers those have technical problem via AIS Call center 1175.
Analyze problem root-causes and apply corrective action/preventive.
Co-ordinate with 2nd tier operation team, vendor and service partner if need to analysis in depth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
0 - 3 years working experience in Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Have programming skill such as python, Java, or low code will be an advantage
