Job Description

In this position, you will:

Responsible for field service support on Home Broadband Business (HBB)

Conduct on-site support, fault diagnosis and commissioning

Handle customer complaint with case evaluation, investigation & follow up

Analysis & investigate complain cases, providing with resolution

Data analysis, monitor on quality of service delivery for improvement and service excellent

Field service quality control and work practice formulation for quality assurance

Work with various internal and external stakeholders to implement the operational excellent

Sound knowledge on installation & maintenance of HBB-related VAS
