- Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) is responsible for the process and quality assurance of a Project/Product.
- Determination of the quality assurance strategy for the product.
- Securing the adequate use (right effect) of quality methods and processes in product development.
- Generating and regular updating of the product-related quality forecast (quality preview) with risk assessment and initiating measures and reviewing their efficiency inline with QA Plan.
- Independent evaluation of product/process maturity (Reviews, Audits, Project Quality Status Reporting, Pre-delivery Checks, Work Product Audits…)
- Early escalation of Quality risks/concerns to the Q-Organization and key stakeholders
- Comparing the Q-objectives for products/projects inline with Org-objectives and reporting to the Management of the product/pro...
