Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description: We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our team and gain hands‑on experience across various engineering projects. This role provides practical exposure in real project environments to develop comprehensive technical and site management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist in on‑site construction management and coordination.

Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Support engineers in preparing technical documentation and maintaining site records.

Participate in different types of construction projects to progressively develop well‑rounded technical skills.

Rotate across projects based on operational requirements and individual performance to broaden practical exposure.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
