Summary of Role

The New Graduate College candidate will join the GlobalFoundries Technology and Innovation organization to support GaN integration for Power and GaN Power Systems . The candidate will have a 3 years local contract assignment at GF Labs at IMEC in Leuven, Belgium with a path to Burlington, VT (USA).
