Job Description

Your Role

Assist Managers in performing design, planning, implementation and operations for outdoor radio networks

Lead a team to deploy, configure, maintain and build mobile cell sites

Prepare survey reports, technical proposals, drawings and related documents

Oversee the end-to-end build process of mobile cell sites, including site preparation, equipment installation and commissioning

Coordinate logistics for transporting and deploying mobile units to designated locations

Collaborate with RF engineers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery

To Succeed in the Role
Associate or Bachelor's degree holder in Telecommunication or related disciplines

At least 5 years' experience in mobile cell site related work is preferred

Hands-on experience with telecom hardware installation and commissioning
