Job Description
The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of Capacity planning, Capital, equipment planning, Layout planning then execute per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)).
About the role - you will:
● Apply data analytic platform and simulation using of Python software, Flexsim or Arena for analyzing data in the database system.
● Plan equipment capacity & tooling by alignment with the Technology roadmap, capacity commitment, and all commodities capacity alignment
● Calculate and analyze Capacity and Capital requirements for what-if scenarios and create dashboards and reports efficiently
● Analysis of impact, the concern of new equipment and technology per roadmap.
● Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization.
