**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong comprehension of plastic injection and molding processes, including familiarity with resins, tolerances, and assembly procedures.
- Familiarity with the product development process.
- Creative and passionate about developing solutions to customer challenges.
