The Rotational Engineering (ROE) Program was created to provide a quality experience to early career level engineers to learn across FirstEnergy in a variety of diverse engineering positions. This selective two-year rotational program supports individuals to learn valuable technical and professional skills while kick-starting their career in the electric utility industry. The ROE Program resides in FirstEnergy's Construction & Design Services (C&DS), Transmission, and Distribution (Engineering Services) organizations.

As an entry level Engineer, you will perform tasks related to engineering, analysis, construction, startup, maintenance and operation of electrical Transmission and Distribution equipment and associated facilities.
