Engineer III, Quality

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Quality and Compliance group. A successful incumbent is expected to:

1. Maintain and update the Quality Procedures as required by our documented Quality System.
2. Plan and implement corrective action programs to minimize losses and improve yields; determine improvements goals based on historical performance of KPIs.
3. Implement a Quality Audit plan to monitor conformance to Quality Procedures and Inspection/Test Instructions.
4. Apply statistical methodologies for continuous improvements of process (Gage R&R, Hypothesis, Control Charts, process capability).
5. Identify process, methods, and design issues which impact negatively on Quality, Costs, and yields; participate in Sustaining Engineering regular reviews and/or early involvement reviews with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality.
