• Design, develop, and validate molds based on product requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Lead mold concept reviews, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and feasibility analysis
• Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers during mold development
• Manage mold development timelines from concept through trial, approval, and production release
• Review and approve mold designs, tool layouts, cooling systems, gating, and ejection systems
