Design, develop, and validate molds based on product requirements, drawings, and specifications
Lead mold concept reviews, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and feasibility analysis
Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers during mold development
Manage mold development timelines from concept through trial, approval, and production release
Review and approve mold designs, tool layouts, cooling systems, gating, and ejection systems
Conduct mold trials, analyze defects (short shots, warpage, flash, sink...
