Engineer (India Office)

We are looking for a Performance Engineering Junior Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis of applications. The role focuses on designing, executing, and analysing performance tests and working closely with QA, Dev, and DevOps teams to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Testing & Execution

+ Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for web, API, and microservices-based applications
+ Create and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter
+ Define workload models based on business usage patterns
+ Execute tests across different environments (QA, Pre-Prod)

Monitoring & Analysis

+ Monitor application performance using tools like Datadog / AppDynamics / New Relic / Azure Monitor
+ Analyze response times, throughput, error rates, CPU, memory, GC, and DB metrics
