Job Description

We’re looking for an Engineer intern for our office in Johore, Malaysia.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
To seek and provide technical, commercial, and logistic support tot he Sales Manager’s and related integrations.

To be able to elaborate the technical and commercial proposal/needs of Projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Project Manager and Purchasing Department.

Day to day management of projects aspects that includes technical, commercial, logistics, purchasing upon securing the order by the Sales Team.

To triage technical issues, resolve problems independently and escalate where appropriately.

Achieve and maintain targeted case statistics such as number of orders closed/lost or issues resolved, along with other established goals.

Cross functional information (between Sales, Finance, Back Office, Management)

Updating CRM
