Engineer IT Systems Infrastructure

Guiding, ensuring, or performing IT installations, integration as well as operations, update, customizing and maintenance and change request processes. Contributing to design and implementation, or planning and executing installation of infrastructure devices and/or applications. Ensuring or executing SAP instances, installation updates, release changes, etc.. Planning amend/or executing regular system infrastructure tests, with respect to functionality , speed, safety or security. Communicating with vendors and service providers, identify operational IT problems and seek for resolution. May perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, and trains management and staff in the utilization of IT infrastructure.
