Your Job
Facilitate and implement Lean & Six Sigma (LSS) activities in Molex Shanghai
Be responsible for optimized processes in supply chain from door to door.
Utilizing lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify gaps, make decisions to meet KPIs, while collaborating with cross-functional team.

What You Will Do
1.Provide professional and technical support in operation project: 
oDrive high impact improvement project.
oIdentify high value continual improvement opportunities.
oAdvise on project scope definition, and financial justifications;
oFacilitate project improvementby application of LSS tools & methodology.
oBuilding strong partnership with operation team
oBest practice sharing among Molex plants.
2.Schedule and implement operation daily management activities. 
oImprove operation standardization and stabilization by standard work and digital visual management.
