• Develop new metrology methods and solutions to support the development and manufacturing of optical components
• Optimize measurement algorithms and automated data collection and data processing
• Specify new equipment and drive equipment development together with equipment supplier
• In charge to characterize process and product performance
• The new metrology methods need to be developed during the product development phase, set up during the NPI phase and finally transferred to high volume manufacturing;
• Responsible for metrology equipment buy off at vendor site and at manufacturing site including all needed documentations.
• Define and achieve sub-milestones for your projects within the larger timelines of the overall program needs.
• Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
