  Job Summary 
  Responsibility: 
 Monitor and Maintain the global infrastructure to analyze the problems, implement the troubleshooting, incident reaction on the system and communicate with stakeholder for a better resolution to meet the business goals or objectives.
 
  Area of expertise (Skills) 
  Primary Functions: 
 Understand the NOC tools functionalities to understand and acknowledge alerts.
 Incident response and resolution on ITSM tools quality of service reporting 
 Performance reporting and improvement recommendations over day to day incidents alerts
 Service Provider portal management and follow-up for root cause analysis 
 Supervise a 24x7 Network Operation Center’s (NOC) shift operation and personnel; 
 Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures.
