Engineer, Process Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Process Engineer to join our team at Autowell (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of efficient and effective manufacturing processes to support our growing operations.

What you'll be doing

Process Optimization

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Identify bottlenecks in the production process and develop solutions to improve workflow.

Project Management

Lead process engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
