Job Description

Role Overview

This position is responsible for developing and supporting new and existing optical products that meet or exceed customer expectations. The role works closely with Senior Engineers and the manager to drive product development projects, contributing to business growth and revenue. Design work will be reviewed by Senior Engineers, who will provide guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new products and support enhancements to existing products under the guidance of Senior Engineers and the manager
  • Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality teams through Engineering Change Request (ECR) processes
  • Support product testing by coordinating with reliability labs (e.g., preparing test requests, samples, and boards)
