Engineer – Production

Managerial and Coordination Requirements:

· Responsible for improvement on reducing machine breakdown and machine availability.

· Provide engineering knowledge in support of operations to achieve machine realization, quality yield and process improvement.

· To design, assemble, test and debug tools and fixture for new & existing product.

· Do time study and improve efficiency of current processes and cycle-time.

· Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues and develop/implement corrective action and plans.

· Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

· Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.

· Liaising with suppliers, contractor and other engineering and production colleagues.
