Engineer Project Associate (钢混混合塔筒)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the structural design, optimization, and technical support of hybrid concrete-steel towers for wind turbine applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability of our tower solutions.



Key Responsibilities





+ Perform structural design, analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue), and optimization of hybrid concrete towers in compliance with international standards (IEC, Eurocode, etc.).



+ Develop and review manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control during precast concrete production, assembly, and transportation.



+ Provide technical review for on-site installation, including tower lifting, segment joining, and alignment.
