Provide Cross Functional leadership in delivering Project(s) baseline Scope/Schedule & Cost to achieve YOY New Product revenue goals and growth expectations for the (BU) & Division. In this position you will Lead New product realization, for Cable Assembly products, in delivering commitments to customers by exercising Product Development Process (PDP) while policing governance / compliance to customers’ requirement.
We work in an international and creative environment, and you will have to collaborate closely with colleagues from the global Product Marketing team, Design centers and the Manufacturing Plants. And facilitate critical project milestone reviews / decision (incl change management) in order to mitigate project scope/schedule/cost risks to meet customer requirements
