Job Description

What You Will Do
根据客户要求，完成符合设计规范的产品设计。
领导并参与设计和开发活动，完成从概念到推向市场的新产品/改进产品的过程
研究和开发新设计，新工艺，应用新材料，新技术，不断创新
访问客户以支持产品的销售
为产品修改、成本降低、制造工艺改进和其他改善活动提供设计支持
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
有良好的沟通交流和表达能力，逻辑性强
具有优良的光学或光机或光电基础知识储备
有优良的问题分析和解决能力
英语优良（优良的听，读，写，说能力）
具备主动性和能动性
