Engineer/ Senior Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee & support in the management of EMS Commercial and Operations to ensure delivery, cost, and quality goals are met.
• Aggressively drive cost reduction through best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices.
• Expedite component suppliers and escalate material shortages through formal channels to support on-time delivery (OTD).
• Conduct periodic review of existing vendors, provide, negotiate and execute recommendations to ensure vendor performance on pricing, quality and delivery.
• Independently resolve and de-escalate issues with available resources and tools, while driving necessary improvements.
• Confidently manage E&O through waterfall analysis and drive mitigation & reduction.
• Strong ability to work across-functional teams globally to achieve goals.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
