Responsibilities

• Manage Projects on site.
• Assist in submission of paperwork for projects.
• Coordinate between other stakeholders and company project team.
• Planning for projects.
• Organize, attend and participate in project meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions for meetings.
• Assist to manage teams of supervisors and workers to carry out logistics arrangements to ensure smooth operations during projects.
• Assist office in overseeing the project's planning and implementations and monitoring the timeline and progress of events.
• Work with internal departments and external parties to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects.
• Be on site to manage and oversee project proceedings to ensure smooth delivery.
