About the role

Gamuda Naim Engineering & Construction (GNEC) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly capable Engineer - Site to join our team in Limbang, Sarawak. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Provide on-site engineering support and supervision for construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Interpret and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and standards
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to address issues and queries
• Monitor site progress and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and records
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical challenges
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians
