Engineer (Software/Systems)

Software: Derive software architecture, Functional Specifications and corresponding V&V instructions in consultation with Systems; Estimate effort and schedule in cooperation with partners/suppliers; Initiate and manage SDLC, including progress and quality status updates; Hands-on development of Gateway and Processing sub-systems; Integration of components and testing, including (web-) apps delivered by external suppliers; Advantage: Experience with .NET, MS SQL Server and/or LabVIEW.

Systems: Capture and manage system requirements; Systems architecture in consultation with Embedded; Power conservation and communications schemes; System health, diagnostics and security; Data quality in consultation with domain experts; Systems-level V&V and performance.
