Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on and results‑oriented engineer to support stamping operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high‑performance manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve the performance and efficiency of mechanical and hydraulic press lines through Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and release process flow diagrams, tooling requirements, and operating parameters for new product industrialization.
• Reduce tooling setup and changeover times using SMED methodologies to increase machine availability and productivity.
• Analyze and resolve quality and manufacturing defects in stamped components, including cracks, wrinkles, and burrs, ensuring compliance with critical tolerances and product specifications.
