Engineer Staff (Maintenance) / Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in an engineering or maintenance role within a Japanese firm.

• Expert in preventive maintenance and workplace organization.

• Proficient in tool inventory and calibration.

• Strong Hourensou and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of Kaizen and waste reduction.



Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external vendors for machinery parts procurement and specialized technical repairs.

• Develop and execute strict Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize production downtime.
