Job Responsibilities  
As a STPG Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc, key responsibilities include 
Product bring up and supporting high volume manufacturing of NAND and SSD. 
Support for NAND/SSD failure analysis, yield improvement and data analysis. 
Perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis and work with other departments to resolve component and system related issues. 
Troubleshooting failure from customer return and provide solutions to fix the problems. 
Work closely with global Product Eng teams to develop test flow, validation plan, qualification of multiple customers and drive cros...
