Engineer - Structures

Overview

We currently have an Engineer - Structures to join our F1 Structures group and Vehicle Engineering team, supporting with the structural analysis and development of our F1 car.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that structures meet strength and stiffness targets, whilst balancing performance with safety and reliability. This challenging and rewarding role will suit a hard-working, adaptable and innovative engineer who maintains a keen eye for details whilst working to tight deadlines.

As a Engineer - Structures you will:

• Perform structural analysis of metallic and composite components using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and hand calculation methods.
• Optimise existing designs to achieve mass reduction and performance gains.
• Contribute to design reviews, assessing structural viability of proposed new designs.
