Engineer - Takeover Management.DHCM

Engineer - Takeover Management is the critical link between the DHRE and the DHCM Operations and the operations team. This role is singularly focused on providing technical assurance and quality control during the asset handover phase. The engineer is responsible for verifying that all installed assets, accompanying documentation, and maintenance data comply strictly with organizational engineering standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a seamless and risk-free transition to operational status.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Technical Vetting and Quality Control

Timely Escalation of critical issues pre-takeover to management to enable informed decisions.

Pre-Handover Audits: Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections and technical audits of new and upgraded assets well in advance of the planned handover date.
