Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Prepare resources for related RF connector testing (instruments, methods, fixtures, etc.)
2.Independently analysis, diagnose, and resolve testing issues.
3.Review antennas testing technical requirements/plan, create testing SOP based on test standard.
4.Implementation of new method validation for all networking products (Fakra, Mini-Fakra, HFM, SMB/SMA, HSD etc.) to ensure test methodology correctly.
5.Align with global labs testing procedure and ensure all execution processes are based on relevant guiding documents.
6.Review test plan with local/global team and manage test projects according to lab workflow, ensure project testing completion on time.
7.Train test engineer/technicians on testing procedures.
8.Review and summery test data/results.
9.Communicate with Commercial lab for outsource testing.
10.Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
