Job Description
A Bachelor's degree or a degree in a related engineering field is required.
Minimum of 1–2 years direct experience working on a construction site (Civil, MEP, or Infrastructure).
Prior experience in managing construction documentation including familiarity with OBO permits, fire safety permits, and permits to construct.
Ensure that all engineering practices comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
A strong work ethic and effective communication skills are essential.
The candidate should demonstrate proactivity and take initiative in addressing and resolving issues.
The ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other departments is important.
Knowledge of civil structures and construction practices is preferred.
