Engineering And Maintenance Manager

The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will lead the Equipment and Utilities operations in support of manufacturing operations. This role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and compliance of all engineering systems, including power, compressed air, chilled water, refrigeration, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.
Oversee autonomous and preventive maintenance using CMMS
Maintain defect-free equipment and areas and align maintenance strategies with cross-functional teams.
Manage refrigeration and utilities systems to ensure optimal performance
Recommend system upgrades and capacity expansion projects.
Guarantee uninterrupted supply of utilities (electricity, air, fuel, etc.) and ensure compliance with sanitary, electrical, mechanical, and building codes.
Lead capital projects from feasibility to execution
Drive cost control and operational efficiency
